Welcome to the Pine Hills Community Foundation Website
At the heart of Pine Hills’ progress are two organizations working side by side for the good of the community: the Pine Hills Community Council (PHCC) and the Pine Hills Community Foundation (PHCF).
Since 1972, the Pine Hills Community Council (PHCC) has served as the voice of the community, leading advocacy efforts, strengthening civic engagement, and championing initiatives that preserve a clean, safe, and prosperous Pine Hills. In 2024, the Pine Hills Community Foundation (PHCF) was established to expand that work by delivering direct charitable programs and services that meet residents’ immediate and long-term needs.
Together, PHCC and PHCF form a powerful model of advocacy and action, creating sustainable, meaningful change for the residents of Pine Hills.
Founded in 2024 by the Pine Hills Community Council, the Pine Hills Community Foundation (PHCF) was created to strengthen and extend the Council’s mission through hands-on charitable work. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, PHCF focuses on delivering programs and financial support that address education, health, housing, and economic opportunity across Pine Hills.
