Founded in 2024 by the Pine Hills Community Council (PHCC), the Pine Hills Community Foundation (PHCF) was established to expand charitable initiatives and further the mission of PHCC. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we focus on education, health, economic development, and housing—investing in the people and resources that drive positive change.
Our mission is simple: to enhance the quality of life in Pine Hills by empowering individuals, supporting families, and strengthening the community through education, service, and economic opportunity.
